Jotagas in Aust

All good things come to those who wait.
Well, today the boat just arrived with the new Jotagas. (JTG) Trials bikes.

We have been eagerly awaiting the bikes since earlier this year.  Jotagas had the common sense to ship a first test bike out to the importers and distributors for appraisal, as they are very keen to have this new bike well sorted for the general release of the model.

The factory has been very good at communicating with all of their importers, implementing any improvement that would help to establish Jotagas as a top contender in the Trials market.

After spending quite a bit of time on the pre production bike, and dealing with JTG the last few months  I am very very impressed with the bike, the company, their communication and service. They will go a long way.

The bike feels small and light, at 65kg. The riding position is very comfortable with great handle bar to footpeg relationship. When balancing the bike, it is the closest thing to cheating that I can think of. The JT300 has plenty of power on tap and is very rideable. The 300 has loads of torque which makes using the higher gears easy. The good thing is that it will also rev when called upon. Great turning circle, easy to maintain and service, and pretty damn good to look at too!

The suspension on this first production machine I can honestly say feels brilliant, being very plush in the rear and front ends. Most of us already know the Tech front fork is rated very highly, having been chosen for the latest GasGas Raga and Sherco Cabestany models; this is standard equipment for the Jotagas. They have chosen all top quality componentry to compliment the design and performance.
The bikes should be customs cleared and at our factory in the next week, and we will be doing pre-deliveries and contacting customers shortly after.
Very exciting times for us and Trials in Australia.
